How We Hire
Because our technicians work inside customers' homes during some of the most stressful moments of their lives, we hire slowly and deliberately. Every candidate goes through a multi-step interview process, a full background check, and a supervised trial period on real jobs before they're allowed to run a site independently. We'd rather run short-staffed for a week than lower that bar.
Once hired, technicians don't stop training. We budget time and cost for IICRC certification renewals, manufacturer training on new drying equipment, and internal safety reviews after every major storm event, so the crew that shows up at your door is using current best practices -- not techniques from a decade ago.
